Three people in Jones County were detained after they were indicted by a grand jury on charges of insurance fraud. Following a house on Friendship Church Road in Gray was burnt to the ground around July 2, 2018 After a review of this case, the Jones County District Attorney’s Office filed charges. Peggy Pelham faces a count of insurance fraud, Duane Phillip Collins faces two counts of insurance fraud, along with Rachel Keith faces two counts of insurance fraud. Pelham was that the owner of the residence and rent Collins and Keith the home. Due to the extensive damage due to the fire, investigators were not able to determine the way it was launched or who initiated the fire…. Read More
