In a letter to stakeholders talking improvements created by his workplace, Texas Insurance Commissioner Kent Sullivan wrote that during the last decade, the amount of agent and adjuster permits at the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) increased by 76%, the number of help line calls rose by 73%, and maintains payments increased by 80%. He wrote,”It is critically important that we use technology better and update our procedures, but we have to remain mindful of why these things are significant.
