New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu recently signed into law SB 194, which requires insurers licensed in the country to put in position data security programs and document cybersecurity occasions. Insurers have one year to obey the law following Jan. 1, 2020, when the bill takes effect, and they have two years later date to make sure their third party vendors also honor.
