Virgin Islands Lt. Gov. Tregenza A. Roach Esq., who serves as the Land’s insurance commissioner, was appointed from the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands as ancillary receiver of Real Legacy Assurance Company Following the company was declared insolvent.
Roach reminds the public that the extended deadline to file claims for Virgin Island claimants finishes on May 17. He had earlier petitioned the receiver to file a Proof of Claim Form by the claimants of the territory; the request was accepted by the Superior Court from Puerto Rico.
